Terms of Service.

This site, our training programs, and our membership are operated by JLaw Bball INC (“JLaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 40 Tesla, Irvine, CA 92618. By using the site or buying any product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

We offer basketball training and education, including:

• Digital training programs, such as the $7 program and the $97 and $297 one-time programs.
• The JLaw Academy, a $17 per month membership.
• In-person training, camps, and clinics at Boombase in Irvine.

Our products are basketball training and education only. They are not medical advice and they are not a substitute for it.

Prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment processors. The one-time programs are billed once at the price listed.

The JLaw Academy is $17 per month and includes a 3-day free trial. After the free trial, the membership automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged $17 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund charges that have already been made. You authorize these recurring charges when you start the membership.

All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds, ever. This applies to every purchase, including the $7 program, the $97 and $297 one-time programs, and the $17 per month JLaw Academy membership.

For the membership, you may cancel at any time to stop future monthly charges, but past charges are non-refundable. Please be sure a product is right for you before you buy.

When you buy a program or hold an active membership, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own training. The content, including videos, plans, and materials, is owned by JLaw Bball INC and protected by law.

You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or otherwise make the content available to anyone else. Your access is for you. Sharing logins or content may result in your access being revoked without a refund.

Our products are basketball training and education, not medical advice. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Talk to your doctor or physical therapist before starting any program, especially if you have pain or a diagnosed injury. If you have sharp pain or swelling, or a doctor told you to stop, go see them first.

Physical training carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using our programs or training with us, you accept those risks and agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for training within your own ability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JLaw Bball INC, Jordan Lawley, and our team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the programs, or in-person training. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. The products are provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to use the site and content lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them in any way that harms us or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled under California law.
