The plateau

You are putting in the work. The game is not catching up.

The handle looks clean in the gym, then falls apart against a real defender. The shot drops at practice, then sits flat under a closeout. You run drills, log reps, watch the clips, and the numbers barely move.

Most reps are not the problem. The wrong reps are. A trainer who hands you a cone drill cannot see the timing flaw that costs you buckets every game, and a YouTube workout never watches you do it. Meanwhile the players ahead of you are getting a pro’s eyes on every move, and the gap is widening.

    Conversation

    We talk through your training goals and align on the key points of emphasis for you, so every rep in the session has a reason behind it.

  2. 02

    Dynamic Warm-Up

    Syncing upper body with lower body as we work through ball-handling and footwork biomechanics, priming the movement patterns the rest of the session builds on.

  3. 03

    Ball Handling and Cognition

    Handle work paired with live reads, so the ball stays an extension of you under pressure and your eyes stay up, processing the floor instead of the ball.

  4. 04

    Finishing and Decision Making

    Finishing through contact and off either foot while reading the defender, so you take the right angle to the rim at game speed instead of forcing one look.

  5. 05

    Shooting and Decision Making

    Shooting off the catch and off the dribble inside live actions, so the shot holds up against a closeout and translates to real game reads.
