Rebuild your handle, shot, and finishing in 14 weeks.
The 14-week development system Jordan Lawley runs with serious players: daily structured drills, real strength work, mental performance, and game IQ. Measured on Day 1. Measured again on Day 70.

The honest part
You can score on anyone in an empty gym. So why does it disappear when a real defender steps up?
You are not lazy. You out-work the guys getting the minutes. But most players train blind: random drills, no plan, no idea which reps transfer to a game. So another season goes by as the most skilled, least trusted guy on the floor.
Every offseason without a system is one you do not get back. Roster spots go to whoever trained smarter, not harder.
The fix is not more reps. It is the right reps, in the right order, measured Day 1 and again Day 70. That is the next 14 weeks.
Inside the program
Everything the pros work on, sequenced into one 14-week path.
Four tracks, one plan, progressing together. Skills, athleticism, and IQ move in the same direction instead of competing for your time.
A release defenders cannot speed up
Daily form shooting across six progressive levels. Mechanics get repeatable when the reps are right, so your shot holds up at game speed, not just in an empty gym.
A handle that holds up under pressure
Six tiers of ball handling. You move up when the work earns it, not when the calendar says so, so the bag survives a real defender instead of cones.
The first-step burst that gets you downhill
Real strength and agility built for basketball (MWF), designed around the demands of the position you play. You get to the rim before help arrives.
The mental game most players never train
Structured mental performance and basketball IQ work built into the week. You sharpen the decision making, confidence, and focus that separate two players with the same handle. The mind gets reps too.
The 14 weeks
What 14 weeks actually looks like, and how we measure it.
A path with checkpoints, built on real numbers. You always know where you are, because every step is measured against the day you started.
- 01
Day 1. The baseline.
You log your starting numbers: shot percentage, handle, vertical, and lateral quickness. Everything that follows is measured against this, so progress shows up in numbers, not vibes.
- 02
Weeks 1 to 4. Foundation.
Form shooting, footwork, ball handling levels 1 to 3, strength setup. Habits get built before load, so the foundation holds when the intensity climbs.
- 03
Weeks 5 to 8. Build.
The progression intensifies. Ball handling 4 to 6, shooting reps doubled, strength load climbs. The volume goes up as the foundation earns it.
- 04
Weeks 9 to 12. Pressure.
Live-action drills, game-speed reps, scenario training. The work meets the game, so the gains show up where they actually count.
- 05
Day 70. The re-test.
Same tests as Day 1. You see exactly what moved between Day 1 and Day 70 on the same metrics. The numbers earn the next step.
Measured, not promised
One player. Day 1 against the re-test.
Josh Baucum, a 19 year old collegiate player, ran the program and got re-tested on the exact drills he started with. Same tests, same clock. These are his real numbers.

Built by
The same standards Jordan brings to the NBA.
Jordan Lawley spent 13+ years training NBA, WNBA, and FIBA pros, including Klay Thompson, Carmelo Anthony, and Aron Baynes. The 3 Month Transformation is the structured path he uses to take a serious player from baseline to game-ready in 14 weeks.
Same form work. Same strength philosophy. Same standard. Compressed into a 14-week path you can run from anywhere, and measured the way he measures a pro: Day 1 against Day 70.
You already put in the work. You have just never had it pointed in the right order. That is what the next 14 weeks fix.

Our promise
Do the work, or you do not pay for it twice.
Run all 14 weeks. Do the drills 5 days a week. Log your Day 1 baseline and your Day 70 re-test. If your numbers have not moved, email me and I will keep coaching you through it at no cost until they do. I can put that in writing because the players who actually do the work do not need to ask. This is a no-refund program, so the promise is performance, not a payout: I keep coaching you until the work shows up.

14
Weeks from now
You walk into the next tryout, the next open gym, the next season. The only question is whether you arrive a different player or the same one.
$3.50
A day, the whole program
Less than a Gatorade. One private session at this level runs $200 to $500. This is all 14 weeks, sequenced and measured.
0
More offseasons to waste
Every offseason you train without a plan, someone less skilled trains with one, and takes the spot. Smarter beats harder. Start the 14 weeks now.
